Good Evening Panther Nation,
This announcement is to inform you that the Northeast Bradford School District will remain in the remote learning model for Thursday and Friday. We will return to regular classes beginning Monday as scheduled.
Our COVID-related closure is under control and anyone who has identified as a close contact has been notified by the Department of Health.
Due to the potentially hazardous road conditions, we will not be delivering meals.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation throughout this school year.
The Northeast Bradford School District will be sending breakfast and lunch out to students Wednesday, February 17th. The buses will be departing the school at 9:15 am. If you received food during the remote days in November, the bus will be stopping at your bus stop. Please keep a look out for your bus and meet it at your bus stop for your food delivery.
Junior/Senior High students need to log onto Focus and click "I'm present" as well as attend their scheduled classes online. Any issues please call Mr. Holmes.
Reminder: the district is on a two hour delay. Instruction will begin at 10am. Students and parents, please utilize SeeSaw in the Elementary and Google Classroom in the High School for updated class information.
Good afternoon,
Report cards for grades 1-6 have been posted to the parent portal and shared with the custodial email we have on file. If your child did not receive their paper copy of the report card on Friday he or she will receive it when we resume classes in person.
Good afternoon,
As a result of multiple COVID positive cases within our buildings and in accordance with our Attestation in relationship to our Health and Safety Plan, the Northeast Bradford School District will pivot to remote learning this week until Wednesday. We will continue to re-evaluate our situation with hopes of reopening on Thursday.
High School Students: It is important to follow your regular schedules. Your teachers will be expecting you to log into their classes for live online learning along with assignments that will need to be completed after the lesson.
Teachers will also be available during their class times and during scheduled office hours for assistance. Please see your Google Classroom announcements for more information.
Elementary Students:
Most of you were able to take technology home with you Friday. If you are still in need of a technology device, please contact your classroom teacher to arrange for pick-up.
It is important to follow your regular schedules. Your teachers will be expecting you to log into their classes for live online learning.
There may also be assignments on SeeSaw.
Teachers will also be available for office hours if a need arises in which you need more support. See SeeSaw announcements for more information.
Good evening Panther Nation,
Today and yesterday, we were notified of multiple positive COVID-19 cases within our learning community. We are working with the Department of Health to determine the rate of transmission as well as completing the necessary contact tracing.
Out of an abundance of caution and the fact that we want to ensure that all students can continue in their learning we have decided to send home devices with our elementary students. At this point, it is a precautionary measure in the event we must pivot to a virtual learning model as stated in our attestation agreement with the Department of Education.
We are hoping to hear from the Department of Health very soon and will communicate to our community what next week's expectations will be.
Respectfully,
Mr. Clark
Attention parents of 7th and 8th grade students. Due to a potential covid concern, we will be placing all seventh and eighth grade students on remote for tomorrow, Friday February 12, 2021. All 7th and 8th grade students are to log onto Google Classroom for instructions. This is out of an abundance of caution in order to ensure adequate time to complete our contact tracing. If your student is identified as a close contact you will receive a phone call tomorrow. 9th-12th grade is not impacted by this switch to remote learning. All 9th-12th grade students are to report as normal tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Good afternoon Panther Nation. We would like to inform you that second quarter report cards will be sent home early next week. Any questions please call Mr. Holmes. Have a great night.
