VOLUNTEERS AND CHAPERONES

The Northeast Bradford School District welcomes volunteers to participate at the Elementary and the Junior/Senior High School.  There are many opportunities to volunteer and actively participate in our schools.  We welcome you to volunteer in our educational system and look forward to collaborating with you in educating our students.

All volunteers and chaperones must submit a Volunteer Information Packet, clearances, and TB test prior to Board approval. Incomplete packets will not be accepted.
All volunteer clearances submitted with the packet, must be one (1) year old or less

Required Information

  • View or download the Volunteer Information Packet

  • PA Child Abuse History Certification
    Apply at 
    https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home. Volunteer clearance is FREE if you click “volunteer” as the purpose.

  • PA State Police Criminal History Record Information
    Apply at 
    https://epatch.pa.gov. Volunteer clearance is FREE if you click “volunteer” as the purpose.

  • Federal Criminal History Report (Not necessary if you have been a Pennsylvania resident for ALL of the last 10 years.)
    Provide a copy less than 60 months old or pre-register online at 
    https://uenroll.identogo.com/. After pre-registering online, take your confirmation to complete fingerprinting at Futures in Towanda (Tuesday-Thursday, 10 am to 2 pm).

  • Mandated Reporter Training:  Go to www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu.

  • TB Testing:  Results of a tuberculosis test completed within the last 90 days per School Code Section 1418.
