SPECIAL EDUCATION AT NORTHEAST BRADFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT

Every exceptional student attending the Northeast Bradford School District shall be offered an educational program that meets his/her individual needs and is suited to his/her unique abilities, as aligned with pertaining Pennsylvania laws. After evaluation and qualification for services, the resulting program shall be designed to comply with law, and conform to the mission and vision of this district. Additionally, programs for exceptional students shall integrate programs of special education with the regular instructional program of the schools, to the extent feasible and consistent with the best interests of the student and other pupils.
